Our History
From one generation to the next generation
Hi, I'm Bobby Faulk. Growing up, I remember my Dad taking me from jobsite to jobsite. I quickly learned how to operate his tractors, drive his dump trucks and became excellent at operating every piece of equipment I came in contact with.
After years of working for others, my wife, Deserae and I decided to start our own tractor and lawncare business.
In November 2017 we launched Faulk Land Services, LLC!
It's been an amazing 8 years and we have YOU to thank!
In 2025 we were nominated top 3 best of Central Florida for lawncare & landscape also! We're extremely grateful to all who nominated and voted for us!
It's our goal to provide quality work at an affordable price and to pour into our employees and our community at the same time. We believe in teaching the younger generation a trade to be proud of and also supporting other small business in our community.

The Faulks
Meet the Faulk family! Bobby & Deserae are high school sweethearts that have been together over 24 years.
Together they have 3 children, Gracie, Robbie & Bethanie.
Bobby runs the tractor & sitework side of FLS. Deserae runs the lawncare & landscape side. Together they're a powerful team making your land dreams come true!
